ESG-SFDR DISCLOSURE

Integration of sustainability risks in the investment decisionprocess:

As part of our SFDR disclosure obligations, we declare that we integrate sustainability risks into our investment decision making process as we understand that sustainability risks can rarely be separated from financial and commercial risks.

Environmental Social Governance investing (ESG investing) goes hand-in-hand with our values and everyday we seek to find new ways to mitigate environmental and social risks within our operations.

How our remuneration policy is consistent with the integration of sustainability risks:

Bluehouse’s remuneration practices are designed to promote sound and effective risk management and not to encourage risk-taking which is inconsistent with the risk appetites or the risk profiles of the portfolios under our management. Bluehouse’s Remuneration Policy sets out how our investment process is consistent with the consideration of Environmental Social Governance (ESG) risks; and such risks form part of our assessment of risks for the purposes of our remuneration policy.

Adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors

For the time being, except as may be otherwise disclosed at a later stage on our website, Bluehouse does not consider principal adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors.

The main reason is actually that currently the investment period of the funds under management has been expired and therefore no new investments will occur.

Transparency of the integration of sustainability risks

Bluehouse Investment Advisors Ltd (the Bluehouse AIFM) maintains a sustainability risk policy, however at this stage it is not deemed relevant to include in pre-contractual documentation the manner in which Bluehouse integrates sustainability risks in investment decisions and any results of the assessment of the likely impacts of sustainability risks on the returns of the real estate funds under Bluehouse AIFM management.

The reason for this is that, currently, the investment period of the funds under management has been expired and therefore no new investments will occur.
